My iPhone 13 pro telephoto camera started making weird buzzing noise and shakes while paning in video.
Is it a hardware problem that I should get fixed, or is it caused by 16.4.1 update?

Same thing with my 13 pro max
I took it to Apple Store they wiped it out and reset it and still same issue. They referred me to my carrier if I had insurance. No help

I have the same thing on my iPhone 8: since I updated on iOS 16.4.1, my camera sensor is shaking like crazy except on the slow motion mode
