My FCP doesn't boot.
I've tried the following:
My device is Mac mini 2018 - USX is Ventura 13.3.1
Mac mini, macOS 13.3
I moved out the conflicting components in the MacHD>library>audio>plugins>components
It did the trick -
I've (like the video described) made an external folder with the components if my LOGIC or other app's needs them.

There are several other threads on this forum with this problem which appears to have been caused by updating to the latest version of Ventura.

You could also try creating a new volume on your HDD with Disk Utility and instal an earlier version of the OS.
