Siri does not work

My siri stopped talking after a shortcut. My device isn’t muted do not disturb is turned off. And I made Siri’s responses spoken. what do I do

SIRI has gone silent! When I try to use Siri, the words come up however I can no longer hear what Siri is saying. I have the volume turned up on phone and checked all the settings.
