MacBook Air wifi keeps disconnecting

after updating my Mac to the latest Mac OS it keeps disconnecting from wifi I have tried restarting and shutting down my Mac the wifi works for about 7-10 min but after that it continues to disconnect every couple minutes.

I’ve tried doing a recovery and reinstalling the latest update macOS Ventura 13.3.1 (22E261) but nothing has changed.

I have reset the router and the only device being affected is my Mac all others are fine.

Even if I hotspot my Mac it will disconnect from my phone after a few minutes.
