Mac is overheating and turning coolers everytime

Hello here! I have troubles with MacBook Air 2020 based on Core i3. The problem is, it is turning the coolers on everytime, even it's a video in safari. I used to code in vs code and work in Illustrator some time ago, and it was good enough, but now it's turning coolers even in Youtube. I think that it started when I updated to Venture.

How to fix it?
