I can’t delete apps on my phone and I have parental controls I have tried but it won’t work😭😭

You may have some Content & Privacy Restrictions set to ON. Double check the following:
Open Settings ➔ Screen Time ➡️ Content & Privacy Restrictions ➡️ iTunes & App Store Purchases ➡️ Deleting Apps : Set this to ALLOW
