ต้องการดำเนินการขอเงินคืนค่ะ เนื่องจากได้ลบการติดตั้งแอพออกไปแล้ว ไม่ได้ใช้งานแอพดังกล่าวแล้วค่ะ

It looks like a scam/phishing.

Apple never sends an invoice via SMS text.

Check for sure the following Apple articles:

View your purchase history for the App Store, iTunes Store, and other Apple media services

How apps, content, and subscriptions from Apple are billed

If you see "apple.com/bill" on your billing statement

After you reported to Apple deleted that sms text message and -> Clear the history and cookies from Safari on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
