Wallet app, Apple Card “More … button”

I have been having the same problem as I was trying to access wallet by double clicking. The 'more' button doesn't appear. But by going into the wallet app , the 'more' button is there.

The Wallet situation is a little confusing.

When I access Wallet as normal, e.g. double clicking the side button on my phone, I did not see any of the described options.

The way I resolved this was to search Wallet using the search function on my phone. Once I opened the app this way all of the options described, including the three dots for ‘more’ were available.

That reply didn’t help. I don’t see the dots either and I’m in my wallet.

[so sorry, my reply is very redundant, but I could not see anyone’s comments until after I posted. And now I can’t delete it. : | ]

I had the same issue, if you are opening the Wallet by double clicking your phone button, the dots will not be available on the Apple Cash card. However, if you open the wallet by going to the Wallet app within the phone, then choose your Apple Cash card, and you will see the three dots in the upper right hand corner. : )

Make sure you’re in the Wallet app, not the >Settings< app.

In the list that drops down, select the option you need.

I’m glad you were able to figure out your issue. Double clicking activates Apple Pay, not Wallet app. Apple Pay is a service not an app. You not the only one confused by that, and I’m glad you posted your experience.😀😀

When I click on the three dots there is no more to tap. What am I missing in the instructions?

The More Button ( . . . ) is in the upper right corner. Please see the screenshot below.

If you’re not seeing More Button, you’re in Settings app and not Wallet app on your iPhone.

Can you take a screen shot, so we can see what you’re seeing? If you’re on your iPhone it should look exactly like my screen shot (colors of Apple Card may be different).

Hi, welcome to the Apple Support Community. If you scroll up the thread you posted in, you’ll see the screenshot I posted nearly a year ago, that has a red arrow pointing to the More Button.

Ah yes, I see what you mean. From a user perspective it’s a pretty subtle distinction.

After all when I pay I’m ‘opening’ my wallet.
