After a recent update to Ventura 13.3.1 i noticed one of my ports isn't charing. it does pick up other usb-c devices like a usb-c hub but it will not charge. that usb-c hub has a port for charging the mac as well and when i connect it the hub ceases to work. any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Try to check your MacBook Air with Apple Diagnostics if it reports USB-C port error.

If it doesn't help, I think it's a updater bug, so you should contact Apple Support to tell them about the circumstance you face with now or feedback directly to Apple.
