"Do Not Disturb" is disturbing my focus.

How do I turn "Do Not Disturb" off? I'm operating in iOS 16.1.1. "Do Not Disturb" turns itself on throughout the day and I have to shut down my phone to get it to go away even for a few minutes.

Unable to turn off the do not disturb setting in iOS 16? I am having trouble shutting off the do not disturb setting in iOS 16. I used to be able to open the control center and tap on the do not disturb button and it would revert to the focus setting. Now, I have to repeatedly go through the process until eventually it works, or I have to reboot the phone. Any ideas would be appreciated.
