Before the last update, the "where" drop down menu (when saving a file or trying to move a file) listed a recent places options. It looks like its now been replaced with favorites. Where can I change this back to recent places?
@ku4hx: Sonoma 14.2.1 lost the feature in which recently accessed folders showed up in the drop down menu for "Move to". This is very annoying, as one folder I use a lot is four levels deep in file structure and really has to be where it is. I'm not sure how which old version of MacOS we replaced with Sonoma, "the latest update", matters since the question is about how to fix Sonoma to restore very useful feature.
What two OSes are you referring to? hard to answer when you don'y know those little details
I have the same on Sonoma 14.4.1 (23E224)
The last update from 14.4.0 did not help to fix the problem.
It seems to be particularly the case for Preview.
