How can I hide my apps on iPhone?

You can use Guided Access to lock the iPhone to a single App.

Or use Screen Time and Downtime to disable most apps, and only allow the ones you want to have access to.

You can't hide apps on an iPhone. All apps are visible always. The most you can do, is stick them in a folder or move them to the App Library. In both cases they can be easily found.
