The Personal focus is one of the available default choices, and can be configured and used for whatever you want. Most folks using foci will use that Personal one for how they want their device to be configured when not at work and not asleep; during their own personal life. What is in it and not in it, and how it works, is entirely at the discretion of the user configuring the focus.
