Am not able to see the apple logo if I hold the power button to force restart my iphone 14 pro max .please help

Sure that you are doing things correctly?

Push and release Volume UP button quickly

Push and release Volume DOWN button quickly

Hold down the Side button until the Apple logo appears. Ignore the screen to slide to power off and keep holding another 15-20 seconds if needed.

Release the Side button when the Apple logo appears

The timing is a little tricky. It may take 3-4 tries.

If no luck, you'll have to drop by the Apple Store or an authorized Apple Service shop. They will do the same thing as above though.

My wife was frustrated when the guy at the Apple Store did this on the first try.

Hello to all, I have the same problem, no Apple logo shows either starting forced reset or after forced rest?, I’ve done a factory reset this didn’t fix it, cannot seem to find any other information anywhere on the web accept for this but as yet nobody seems to know a fix, Thanks to all..
