After downloading iOS 16.4.1 to my iPhone Pro Max, I find I can’t have different ringtones for both phone calls and FaceTime. If I change the ringtone under FaceTime settings, it replicates the ringtone for calls under Sounds and Haptic Patterns and vice versa.
Sorry, thought it was clear. Both incoming calls, iPhone and FaceTime, have the same ringtone and I can’t change one without the other changing to the same ringtone.

Many users who have updated to iOS 16.4.1 must have a similar issue if the issues stated by you are due to the iOS.
Unless you state what the issue is many in this forum may not be able to respond positively to the issue you are facing.
