• Set up two-factor authentication for your Apple ID and update to the latest version of iOS.
• Apply within US
• Apple Cash Account must be verified

You updated your iPhone and verified your identity in your Apple Cash (not Apple Card)?

If so, log out of your Apple ID iCloud account, restart your iPhone, log back into you account and see if you can apply.

What iPhone model and what iOS version is it on?

Same, I signed up for Apple savings and even transferred money there just 3 days ago, but my savings account is not visible at all in my Wallet. How do I find it?

Actually I found my savings account under my Apple credit card, not my Apple Cash card!
