Is anyone else having issues with their move goal medals? Up until now all have worked and I’ve achieved them, but now I’ve reached 500 move goals, I’ve not received the virtual medal, it’s remained greyed out even though it shows I’ve achieved 502 out of 500! Hope that makes sense?

It sounds like you are missing some Activity badges. We can help.
Let's go ahead and Update iOS on iPhone to start. Once updated, Update your Apple Watch as well.
Next, Unpair and erase your Apple Watch and then Set up and pair your Apple Watch with iPhone again.
Then check to see if there has been any change.
If not, you can connect with Apple directly using either Get Support or if you're in a region without direct support options, you can also Contact Apple for support and service.
