Playlists gone after family sharing disabled

I had a payment issue with Apple App Store and was advised to disconnect family sharing to see if it resolved it... now my entire music collection has gone!!!!

PLEASE tell me there is a way to recover it?

It has gone on both my phone and Mac.

If you were the one with a subscription then it disbanding a family should not have affected the subscription, but if it was another family member with the subscription for which you were paying as Organizer then disbanding the family group would have cut you off from the subscription with the result:

In the legal documents: Legal - Apple Media Services - Apple you will find, "When your Paid Subscription to any Service ends, you will lose access to any functionality or Content of that Service that requires a Paid Subscription."

You will have to ask Apple if that is possible.

If you still have questions or problems:

Refer to this document for ways to contact Apple --> Choose your country or region - Official Apple Support

Select your country (also look for "other" regions), then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.

or:

Contact Apple for support and service by telephone --> Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support
