You will need to purchase more storage space on iCloud. It only comes with 5 GB of space.
Chances are, you are using more than 50 GB now on your phone, so you will likely need a 200 GB plan

Where are you getting stuck? What error messages appear? How much available storage space do you have on iCloud?
