Can't fix to correct time location on MacBook Air

I tried setting> General> Date & Time> closest city, trying to change it to Jerusalem-Israel, instead it is set to Hebron- Palestine, where the time is technically wrong(1 hour late). I'd appreciate the support to fix this. Thanks.

How to set the time zone? I took a trip and the MacBook shows the wrong time. How do I change it? If I click the date-time in upper right corner the widgets come out, it doesn't have time options like it used to. I went to Date and Time preferences but there is no setting for the time zone like it used to have. Even the Closest City menu only shows locations in the wrong time zone. I tried "Automatically" and "using current location" but it doesn't do anything. All I want to do is change my time zone from Pacific to Mountain.

Change time zones manually on Macbook Air - Help! I work online so it's easier for me to stay on my company's country's time zone. I live in a completely different country and when I try to set the time zone manually, I am only able to see time zones for cities in my country. Please help!

I wonder if you slide on or off of Set time zone automatically using your current location.
