Apple TV+ Subsciption Not Working

I recently returned from a trip abroad (I live in the USA and went to Canada) and found when I returned home that my Apple TV+ subscription is no longer recognized on any of my devices (MacBook, iPhone, or Apple TV). It gives me the option to subscribe, but when I click on that it says that I'm already subscribed. I am unable to access any of the Apple TV+ content. I have tried restarting my devices and signing in and out of them but this has not fixed the problem. We have a family subscription and my spouse is having the same issue. When I look in iCloud at our subscriptions I see Apple TV+ listed. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Massive AppleTV+ bug just hit everyone at the same time. I'm sure Apple is working on it.

Don't change your passwords or anything like that.


They are also being overloaded with calls and messages, about this particular topic.


Apple is more than likely not prepared to make a statement right now, but give them some time.


It has begun to be fixed for some people now!
