Let's work on getting these Notifications to come in for your iPhone.

Make sure you don't have a Focus on or scheduled that might be blocking some or all notifications:

Turn on or schedule a Focus on iPhone

You can also make sure the applications having trouble are set up to use notifications the way you expect:

Use notifications on your iPhone or iPad

Let us know more about when this happens or which apps are affected. It might be that those apps don't have access to notifications and you can to enable that per app in Settings > Notifications.
