I was having issues with my iPhone dropping wifi calling calls or no audio to callers on the upload via air pods or phone mic. I could hear them. No signal at our house from the tower this feature is a must have. Checked everything: not the internet connection, not the modem, almost brand new Eero router. Only one remaining culprit. I received a replacement phone from Verizon. New phone initiated with auto update turned on and downloaded ios 17.03. Now, the phone recognizes my airpods but not my car, my Bose bluetooth speaker or the digital to analog converter that is connected to my stereo. At first the phone at least recognized the car bluetooth but no key number was generated to pair the devices. Now it's not seeing it at all. Now won't work with ADC either. I've booted and rebooted. All the things. Now what?

Hi Matthena,

welcome to the Apple (user-to-user) Community.

Wondering which iPhone model you are using,:

you might want to check if your device is compatible with iOS 13:

iOS 13 and iPadOS are compatible with these devices.

It is always wise to back up your iPhone before updating.

That way you are able to restore data if needed.

says:

"Go to Settings > General, then tap Software Update.

If you see more than one software update option available,

choose the one that you want to install."

Because it is a problem of requires download an older 15.0. i need to open for update

You’ll need iPhone SE 1st gen, iPhone 6S, iPhone 7, or newer.

iPhone 6 and earlier are not supported on iOS 15.

You will need a Wi-Fi connection, and with no add-on VPN app installed.

My se 2nd Gen. Will not install the latest iOS update suitable for it. Is there any way to update to an earlier one? I have downloaded it twice and tried multiple times to install….

iPhone SE 2nd gen should be seeking to update to iOS 17.4.1.

There is no supported means available to select an earlier version.
