We'd be happy to help out. If you're looking to recover contacts, but not seeing any available to restore in iCloud, they wouldn't be recoverable. Since the contacts were stored in iCloud, that's the only method available. Local contacts could be restored from a backup, but if you have iCloud Contacts enabled they wouldn't be included in a backup since they're already syncing at all times.
