How do I remove this from "Allow In Background"?

This thing named "GuanJun Song" (on the bottom of the picture) just popped up in my computer's "Allow In Background", I turned it off but I don't know how to remove it. It probably came from a program that I installed, but I already removed it and all of its files, so all I need now is to remove this item.
