Final Cut Pro external ssd subfolder missing

I'm trying to move from Premiere to Final Cut.

I'm using the trial version now, but I can't see the subfolder of the external SSD when I load it.

Subfolders are not visible and all are files, so it is not distinguishable.

The folder synced to the Synology looks like the How folder, but does anyone know that only SSD external hard drives do this?

I tried to use the trial version and if it's okay, I'm going to skip it, but this part doesn't work

MacBook Pro 14″, 13.3

Oh wait… I should have noticed your screenshot…

It seems that you are seeing the contents but “flattened”. This happens when there is some folder on the drive that makes FCP treat is ad a camera.

See if there id some folder at the top level of the drive with a name that could be from a camera, like DCIM, Video, AVCHD… and either rename it or enclose in another folder.
