Activation locked
I have a I phone 8 plus activation locked because I forgot my Apple and and password also I don’t have a phone number that I used in my Apple ID. What to do plz help.

Your Apple ID is your email address. Surely you didn’t forget that. But just in case you did here are some suggestions on how to remember both:
If neither of those help, and if you are the original purchaser of the iPhone purchased directly from Apple (and not the owner of a previously used iPhone) you can request Account Recovery→How to use account recovery when you can’t reset your Apple ID password - Apple Support. Note that account recovery requires the original receipt, a matching ID, and that the account had 2 factor authentication enabled.
