I am not able to add payment method subsequent to moving to canada from kuwait

Add a Payement method I would like to add a payement method but my card billing address is in Canada. i no longer leave in the US. every time i tried to add the payment method i don’t have the option to put my Canada address.

Did you follow all the steps mentioned in this article?

Change your Apple ID country or region - Apple Support

Your new payment method has to be supported for the new country as well.
