You've referenced another community post about an issue you also appear to be having with your MacBook Pro and the Stage Manager icon floating on your desktop foreground. We do have some suggested steps to start troubleshooting this issue that could help, or narrow down what's causing this problem.
Test for the issue while booted to safe mode: How to use safe mode on your Mac
Then restart back to normal mode to see if you still notice the issue. Sometimes that will resolve once you've tested in safe mode and restarted. If the issue persists, next we'd suggest creating a test user profile. Log in to the test user and check the Stage Manager icon.
Change Users & Groups settings on Mac
This can narrow down the issue to something specific with your user profile. Reply back with what you find.
