iCloud sync all the time. I got problem iCloud sync issue with my 2023 16" MBP. I got 22G on iCloud, but only use few files daily, maybe 20 -100M updated. However, it sync 22G nearly everyday and all the time. and it take so long time to complete sync then I can use the file. It's happened since this May I think and cause lot of problem. Is there idea what's going on and what I can do for it?

No. Anything in your iCloud Drive will sync (as will desktop and documents if enabled). You can optimize storage to offload less accessed files.
