Can not connect magic mouse to my Mac

I downloaded the upgrade Monterey 12.6.4 and I can't connect my mouse my Mac.

I tried everything what I find in apple support... doesn't work.

Bluetooth finds device... but I can't connect, written Passkey Mismatch, I tried to type 0000 not working.

In system preference / mouse / find the device, even shows buttery % but when I try to connect (pairing is unsuccessful)

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 12.6

I am having the same exact problem as you. I have tried everything, the SMC reset, plugging it in with a cord, deleting MacOS and reinstalling, Apple even sent me a new Magic Mouse after we believed it was software related, only to have the same thing happening the second time I went to use the mouse on my 2016 MacBook Pro. I'm fixing to do another wipe of my computer and redownload Monterrey 12.6.5 to try and fix it this time.


If anyone has a solution that could help us out, please let us know, as this is very frustrating!
