How do I fix my iPhone? it was working then randomly shut off and I can't get it to turn back on? It was fully charged and I have tried to hold down the bottoms to restart it but still nothing. it was been 5 hours now so I plugged it in in hopes it would come back on somehow. it is an iPhone 13 pro max and it is fairly new.
