Disabling Emergency SOS Notifications

I accidentally called Emergency SOS and now it continues to send location changes to my emergency contacts. How do I disable these notifications?

Turn off select notifications based on location? I get iPhone notifications from my internet-connected appliances. This, for me, is useful when I am at home and I get an alert that the laundry has finished or the oven has preheated. These are not useful to me when I am not home, but obviously I still get them when someone uses our appliances. Is there an easy way to disable specific notifications based on location (in my case, when I am not home)? Is this done through Do Not Disturb? Location settings? I am trying to ensure I still receive other notifications just not some.
