My Siri Won’t Work

Whether I say “Hey Siri” or hold the side button until the ‘Siri Circle’ comes up, I’ll say my command (let’s say I tell Siri “Open Duolingo”) then she’ll say “hold on…. one moment…. (Or different ways of saying just a second/ still working on it).. Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again in a moment.”

Then I’ll go do something for like 10 minutes to an hour and try Siri again and it’ll give me the same input, “One sec…. still on it…… Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again in a moment.”

It’s not like i’m telling it to do some crazy commands like “What color is my scarf?” while my cameras are blocked, i’m telling it to open an app or turn on an alarm, simple things to test if it’s working yet. Is there anything I can do i fix this problem?
