how to change accounts on apple music?

saw a question like this but for macbook.

on a family plan with my own library. suddenly switched to the account of the organizer. can i switch back? or was me having my own library a glitch? not urgent, just annoying and frustrating. apple music account was private (followers only) so i cant access most of my music anymore.
