Is there a way I can ask for another refund I asked for a refund for an item and before they refunded it I activated my cash app card because it came in which changed my card number and I didn't get the refund

The refund was sent but my card number was changed and I no longer have access to the card they sent the refund to
Contact Apple as instructed.
