what happens if I delete x86_64SURamDisk.dmg

My MacBook Pro has a SSD of 1T and its full. I am not a tech savy to start with and in order to save memory from my computers I have an iCloud plan and TimeCapsules to back up my info and still my Machintosh HD is full to the max. I need desperate help!

I already did the "about this mac- storage-manage and all the steps to find a solution but in dis utility it still appears full =(
