Looking for a classic Helene Grimaud Beethoven 4th piano concerto performance.
Spotify has it. Apple Music doesn't.
Why wouldn't record labels make their songs available to both services? Pretty frustrating.

I find it difficult at times to find Classical music. However if you try searching “Kurt Masur Beethoven piano concerto” in music app you will find this concerto. Also in the classical music app, there is a Helene Grimaux essential playlist. The first track is Piano Concerto No 4 by Kurt Masur.

Both of those services have huge catalogs, but labels and other rights owners have no obligation to deal with both.
