iPhone vibrate

My previous phone (iPhone SE first-gen) would vibrate when I switched off the ringer. My new phone (iPhone 3rd gen) only makes two quick pulses. I don't yet know what it will do when a call comes in while the ringer is silenced. Is there a way to restore the old vibrate? I've searched through "Sounds & Haptics" and I can't find any way to change the character of the Vibrate.

I like a full-on vibrate because sometimes I forget to turn the ringer on. The vibrate won't wake me if I'm sleeping but I'll notice it if I'm awake and nearby.

iPhone SE, iOS 16

Hi daniel.q,

Thank you for posting to the Apple Support Communities.

As it turns out, you can change your assigned vibration pattern, or create your own pattern in the Sounds and Haptics settings of your device.

Please use the instructions in the following Apple Support link to get things set up: Change iPhone sounds and vibrations

Cheers!
