Troubleshooting Virus Popups:

A. Scan your Mac for Malware: 

Use MalwareBytes for Mac --- This is software that searches for malware/adware. So, scan with it and then remove what is found. Once removed, uninstall MalwareBytes for Mac. Then restart the Mac.

2. Malwarebytes Uninstaller

B. Single-Out this User:

What happens when you create a new Administrator user? Does this all go away? If so, it's an issue within your current user --and not the entire macOS.

These are notifications from phishing websites that are being sent to your Mac.

In Safari, choose Settings > Websites, then choose Notifications in the sidebar. Remove any sites shown.

Boot in Safe Mode:

In Safe Mode, Login Items do not run at login, certain preferences are set aside, and damaged system files are then reset. So, once booted in to Safe Mode, see if the still occurs. For instructions, go here: How to Use Safe Mode on your Mac - Apple Support
