Hello,
I want to play music or video from Youtube on iPhone via Homepod. When i share music by Airplay to Homepod Apple TV and TV turns on automatically but i want to watch or listen on Homepod not on Apple TV. I can listen with Homepod on Spotify but not on Youtube.
All software is updated. iOS 16.3.1 , tvOS 16.3.2.
How can i solve this problem?

When i want to connect with AirPlay i have only one choice just Cinema Room. I can’t Homepod option. By the way i am using my HomePod as a speaker for my Apple TV. Is this a problem about that pairing ?

If you want to AirPlay to a HomePod and not an Apple TV, select the HomePod name you want to play to in the Airplay menu.
In the YouTube application when you're playing something, select the "Connect to a device" option at the top right of the video (the square icon with circles in the bottom left of it) then choose Airplay & Bluetooth devices. In the device list select the name of the HomePod. It will also have an image next to it. The HomePod will have an image of a HomePod whereas an apple tv will be a square with tv on it (like the top of the actual Apple TV box). Make sure you're just selecting the one with an image of a HomePod.

Also, if you don't see your HomePod to connect to, make sure you are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. If you have a dual-band router, make sure you're connected to the correct frequency.
