Apple Watch Do Not Disturb help

Hello! My Apple Watch keeps turning on the Do Not Disturb setting on its own. I have my phone set up to not pair with other devices and I don't have any type of DND schedule set. I can't figure out why it is doing this. Thank you!

Hello itsliz12,

It's our understanding from your post, the Do Not Disturb feature on your Apple Watch, keeps turning itself on.

Have you tried restarting your watch since this started happening? If not, let's give it a try. It is a simple step but it may clear the issue you're currently having.

Restart your Apple Watch - Apple Support

We also ask that you restart your iPhone that the watch is paired to.

If a restart doesn't work the next step would be to unpair the watch and repair the watch again.

Do you have Do Not Disturb on any other Apple Device? If so, you may want to check the feature for Share Across Devices is enabled. If it is, that would be the cause of the Do Not Disturb turning on.

Settings > Focus > Share Across Devices.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.

Take care!

Hi itsliz12,

Thank you for letting us know.

Can you also confirm if you have Do Not Disturb enabled on any other Apple devices? If so, can you confirm if "Share Across Devices is enabled," so we can isolate this further? You can confirm that setting by going to Settings > Focus > Share Across Devices.

You can find more information about that in this link, which may help: Set up a Focus on iPhone

Keep your Focus settings up to date across all your Apple devices

You can use the same Focus settings on all your Apple devices where you’re signed in with the same Apple ID.

Go to Settings  > Focus, then turn on Share Across Devices.

Note: Focus filters don’t get synced across devices—they’re only on the device where you set them up.

Thanks!
