messenger kids microphone not working

My son's messenger kids microphone does not work - have deleted and reinstalled app and checked microphone setting. Any advice? It was working for a while and has now stopped.

Yep have done all that - microphone works for other apps etc.

Will contact messenger kids developer

Does the microphone work in any other apps?

If so, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. If that doesn't help, restart your device.
