Smart Thermostat 220v

Hi

I need your assistance in selecting a suitable thermostat for climate control in an apartment using Apple HomeKit. It is important to consider that the old thermostat operates at 220V and controls an FCU system. I can't find devices that work with 220 volt writing and support apple home kit. The most popular ecobee SmartThermostat is powered by 24 volts. ((

Could you please provide a list of recommended 220V thermostats that are compatible with Apple HomeKit?
