I accidentally moved a folder containing CR2 images in the trash bin and when I clicked on the trash bin to retrieve folder, it wasn't there. Im not sure where else its would have gone. Other items are showing up in the trash bin, but that one item. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

And what is a CR2 (?) images...what application is involved here?
I know Photos.app has its own trash folder
a cr2 image is a canon raw image. No application was used. I inserted my sd card into my computer and transferred images to a new folder, and then accidentally moved those images to the trash bin. Ive tried restarting my computer and nothing appears on the trash bin folder.
