Accidentally removed iPad account
I accidentally removed my iPad account by using my iPhone. Now iPad won’t accept my Apple ID to sign into it.

I accidentally removed my iPad account by using my iPhone. Now iPad won’t accept my Apple ID to sign into it.

As described, you will have no alternative other than to restore the iPad either to factory settings, or restore from an existing device back - and satisfy the Activation Lock before you’ll be able to reuse the iPad.

You’ll need access to either a Windows PC (with iTunes for Windows installed) or a Mac (with iTunes or Finder - as appropriate for the installed version of macOS).

Use of a PC or Mac computer is unavoidable. If you don’t have access to a suitable computer of your own, that of a helpful friend or family member will suffice. Turn off Activation Lock – Apple Support
As you will discover, unless you are the owner of the AppleID that was last used to activate the device, you’ll not be able to defeat or bypass the Activation Lock. With documentary evidence that you are the original owner (such as sales receipt showing the serial number), Apple may be prepared to assist - otherwise they and nobody here will be able to help you.

However, recovery of the AppleID credentials should be possible…

What happens when you try to sign in on the iPad?
If there is an error message, what is the exact
complete text of that error message?
You need to provide more information before someone may offer a solution.
It says I can’t sign in because it’s the wrong Apple password—but it’s not!
