How do I convert table to text in pages 13

You select the range of cells in the table that you want changed to text items and then copy/paste into a Pages Text box. This will separate the individual cells with a tab, and if you want that text content in your body text, you can further copy/paste the text box content there.
Tested in Ventura 13.3 and Pages v13.
