Apple ID for Apple watch
I cannot remember the Apple ID and password that I initially used during my watch set up. Is there a work around?

Activation Lock is a security function intended to prevent stolen devices being used, so there is no workaround except for the lawful owner who set the lock.
If you still have the iPhone to which the Apple Watch is paired it should be simple to reset the Apple ID password,
