Has anyone encountered this issue/problem after installing Ventura 13.3 update?
Final Cut Pro failed to launch after install Ventura 13.3 update on Mac Studio. The menu options do not respond when selected and not able to select Restart menu options. The system behaves like infected with a virus.

What version of Final Cut Pro do you have? FCP 10.6.5 is currently the latest version.
Have you tried using Disk Utility 'First Aid'?
Also recommend entering safe boot to check and fix system anomalies.
