are my mac pages files automatically store on my iCloud

If you have iCloud Drive turns on in Apple menu System Settings on your Mac, the iCloud Drive folder on your Mac is synced with iCloud.


If you also have the Desktop and Documents option of iCloud Drive turned on in your Mac, the Desktop and Documents folders are also synced with iCloud.


If you save a Pages file to a folder on your Mac where syncing is turned on as described above then it will be synced to iCloud. If you save it to any other folder it will not be synced.
